1) Company participation in the Corporate Green Day Challenge, a competitive team-building event that connects company employees with EarthShare Georgia’s member groups and other area non-profit partners.
Company teams of 10 or more can accomplish great projects that help improve the environment while strengthening local communities such as:

* Planting native plant gardens
* Cleaning and improving local parks
* Building stream bank buffers to protect waterways
* Creating sustainable green spaces for generations to come…
Examples of recent projects include:
* Enhancing a green infrastructure solution to stormwater runoff from a shopping center through planting seeds and native plants to reduce soil erosion at Line Creek Nature Preserve
* Removing invasive plants, tires and litter in the Proctor Creek Watershed
